Do I have any preorders or backorders?

Check here the status of your preorders and back orders. This information is updated daily at about 6pm EST.
When the item arrives, it will be automatically removed from this listing and will appear on Order info.
After it has been shipped - you are able to follow it on for FedEx info .

If your information does not appear, it is because you used a different Email address (or none at all) when you placed your order, or you have moved! Please let us know your correct Email address.

CHECK out your BACK and PRE-ORDERS here.

  • Enter the first 8 characters of your Email address. eg
    john@aol if you are john@aol.com

    OR enter your customer number which appears on your invoices and packages (in the format mcaxxxxx - like mca12345)


    AND

  • ENTER your Zip or postal code followed by the first 3 letters of your last name.
    example - your name is Smith and you live in zipcode 12345, then enter 12345smi.

    If you are outside the USA, enter the 2 letters of your country (internet addresses eg CA for Canada, UK for the UK JP for Japan, AU for Australia etc) followed by the first 6 letters of your last name. eg Mr Johnson in Canada, enter cajohnso. If your last name has fewer than 6 characters, pad it with zeros to 8 characters eg Mr Brown in UK would enter ukbrown0, Mr Ikeda in Japan would enter jpikeda0.

Notes:

A 'Pre-Order' is for an item which has not yet been manufactured or released, but which is expected very soon. We will ship that immediately whenever it arrives.

A back order is for an item which we are temp out of stock and expect more stock soon.
We retain back orders for 12 months. If the item arrives within 3 months of your original order, we will ship to you immediately on arrival of new stock. If it arrives more than 3 months after your order, we will email you first to confirm that you still want it.
